How We Work
Learn how we conduct seamless deliveries that exceed customers’ expectations.
Customers book transportation services and provide detailed cargo information which includes type of cargo, quantity, dimensions, location, dates/times.
Our team plans the most optimal routes for each trip, considering factors such as distance, road conditions, traffic patterns, and safety regulations. We work with customers to establish pickup and delivery timeframes that align with their needs and schedules. This includes determining preferred dates and times for both pickup and delivery.
A truck and driver are dispatched to the customer’s location to collect the cargo. The driver verifies the cargo against the documentation and ensures that it is loaded safely and securely onto the truck.
We provide real-time visibility into the location and status of your shipment. Throughout the journey, we may provide updates to the customer regarding the status of the shipment and estimated time of arrival.
Upon reaching the delivery location, the customer representative offload and inspect the cargo and signs off the delivery receipt to confirm receipt of the goods.
Customer offers proof of delivery documents to verify that the cargo has been received by the intended recipient. This serves as a crucial record for both parties and provides assurance of completion.

COO
Our COO at MForce Business Solution, is a qualified BSc Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has accumulated 9 years of experience within the supply chain and logistics industry, of which 3 of these years were within the supply chain consulting and the remaining 6 years within automotive logistics sector. He has held a management position for a well renowned automotive company, in charge of import logistics and local flow logistics, managing movement of container, movements of parts and components. He has strategically led the logistics department to an outstanding 40% operational cost reduction during the covid pandemic, achieved through exceptional logistics out of the box strategies.
He holds a certificate in packaging and inbound logistics design from India - the Alliance Technical Centre for Automotive, additionally recently acquired Six Sigma certificate with a project focusing on the after sales logistics for automotive.
CEO
Our CEO at MForce Business Solution, is a qualified MEng. Extractive Metallurgy graduate from the University of Witwatersrand has accumulated nearly two decades of experience within the Mining Technology sector. He has held senior positions at renowned companies for over a decade, specializing in technology research and development, technology transfer and commercialization, business analysis as well as mining process optimization. With his set of skills, he has worked with, and assisted mining clients in over 25 countries. He has played a leading role in the development of software platform aimed at providing real-time monitoring and transparency of various aspects of supply chain including deliveries via Road and Ocean transportation. His latest and active development project involves peer-to-peer (P2P) logistics platform that seamlessly connects carriers and goods, fostering economic growth, sustainability, and accessibility nationwide. Prior to joining MForce Business Solution, he operated as a subcontractor for various customers where he offered transportation services for both short and long distances. In year 2017, he was awarded his first subcontracting project for cross-boarder transportation services where he covered return trips to Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
